System (Tools 5.0)  (System 4.2, Finder 6.0) - Mouse Keys - Keys 1 through 4, and 6 through 9, on the numeric keypad move the pointer up,down, left, right, and diagonally.  Pressing the 5 key is the same as clicking the mouse and the 0 key is the equivalent of holding down the mouse button.  The decimal point is the same as releasing the mouse button.
